Spicy Mexican Dip
Ingredients :

Preparation :
Mix 2 ˝ Tablespoons Pilarcita’s Mexican Seasoning (hot or original) with 2 cups regular or fat free (16oz. container) sour cream. Refrigerate one hour.

Pilarcita’s Party Bread
Ingredients :
- 1 solid loaf of round bread. - ˝ stick butter. - 1 T. Pilarcita’s Mexican Seasoning (hot or original). - 2 cups jack cheese. - Small can chopped green chilies
.
Preparation :
Make crisscross cuts into bread about an inch square making sure not to cut through to bottom. Melt butter and drizzle into cuts. Blend together seasoning, cheese, and chilies. Drop cheese mixture into cuts in bread and wrap with foil leaving top open. Bake at 375 until cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Serve warm

Appetizer Tortilla Roll-ups
Ingredients :
- 3-8oz. packages of cream cheese. -
˝ cup sour cream. -
3 T. Pilarcita’s Mexican Seasoning (hot or original). -
˝ cup finely chopped celery. -
˝ cup finely chopped green onion. -
1 small can chopped olives. -
˝ cup cooked shrimp - chopped. -
5 to 6 large tortillas warmed .
Preparation :
Mix all ingredients together except tortillas. Spread about 3 tablespoons of mixture on each warmed tortilla making sure mixture reaches edges. Roll tortilla up tight so that mixture inside spirals. Refrigerate until firm about an hour.
Remove from frig and slice each roll into ˝ inch sections. Serve cold.
Note :
This makes quite a few appetizers and the keep well for a couple of days.

Salmon Salsa
Ingredients :
- ˝ lb smoked salmon. -
1 large diced tomato. -
2 jalapenos diced. -
3 green onions chopped. -
2 T. cilantro. -
Juice of one lime. -
1 tsp. Pilarcita’s Mexican Seasoning (hot or original) .
Preparation :
Tear smoked salmon into small pieces and mix in remaining ingredients. Chill
Serve cold with tortilla triangles or tortilla chips.
